The Bihar State Committee of the MSME PDB is dedicated to transforming Bihar into a primary industrial hub of Eastern India by leveraging its fertile land, massive workforce, and rapidly improving infrastructure. In alignment with the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Policy 2026, the committee focuses on decentralized growth, moving beyond traditional agriculture toward high-value manufacturing and service-oriented enterprises. Our mission is to curb migration by creating sustainable, local employment opportunities through a robust network of district-level MSME clusters.
